Fuels

Diesel Charge Jan 25 £1.75 per litre plus vat £2.10 inc vat

Petrol Charge Jan 25 £2.00 per litre plus vat £2.40 inc vat

AdBlue Charge Jan 25 £1.40 per litre plus vat £1.68 inc vat

These charges are above pump price as they also allow for our time to refill the machines. Should you wish to refill the machines yourself, please do ensuring Diesel is DERV (standard white diesel) and petrol is E10. Please check that your containers are not contaminated with water or other oils.

Diamond Blades & Steels

Diamond Blades supplied with floor saws are either charged for in full or per mm

Points for small tools i.e. electric breakers are charged at £3.25 (£3.90) for resharpening

Any points for any breakers including excavator breakers that get damaged due to misuse will be charged at replacement value

Cleaning

We expect our machines to work in the dirt and mud, and sometimes they may come to site with dirty tracks, however if the equipment is caked in mud or clay which takes our prep team longer than 20 minutes to clean off, there will be a charge of £25 per hour ex vat (£30 inc vat) or part there of. 

Track Mats may require extra cleaning. 

Damage

We understand sometimes things go wrong on site, you may puncture a tyre running over a nail, break a window with a tree, damage a hydraulic hose with hardcore, or knock a track off the machine when tracking across a dirt pile, these are common issues and we have teams around the area to assist with these issues should they arise - please contact us as soon as you can and we will get someone to you.

Sometimes, you may be overloading the machines, with either too much weight causing rams to bend or break or be tracking / driving over unstable ground and tip a machine over - if this happens DO NOT START THE MACHINE, please call us asap, we will send someone from our workshop team to check the machine over. Any recovery or additional fees incurred for righting a tipped machine will be forwarded to the hirer.

Damages will most often be chargeable.

Our delivery team should take photos on delivery and collection.
